We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days of receipt and advise you how we intend to deal with your complaint. It is our intention to deal with your complaint within 21 days of initial acknowledgement. If we are unable to deal with your complaint or you are not satisfied with the outcome we will advise you of your options.
