All of our policies contain a "cooling off" period which allows You to return it and obtain a full refund should you have justifiable reason to be dissatisfied with the cover provided. If the terms and condition of the policy purchased do not meet your specific requirements we are happy to offer a refund without deduction subject to the following conditions: -
1. You advise us within 14 days of purchasing the policy
2. That the departure date as shown on the certificate of insurance is in the future
3. That you have a legitimate reason for canceling the policy
Send us an email to refunds@1stoptravelinsurance.co.uk stating the reason why you want to cancel the policy. We aim to action the refund within 2 working days. Please note that refunds take up to three days to appear on your card statement.
