Drakefield Insurance Services Limited is a successful operator of travel insurance websites, based and operated from the United Kingdom with customers throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Whilst we transact business on the Internet we have a call centre that is open 7 days a week to support our Internet customers.

We are Members of the British Insurance Brokers Association, and Partner of the Association of British Travel Agents and authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Our staff are trained to a high professional standard. All staff have to complete a three month probation period during which they are trained in all aspects of the business.

All staff have to complete and pass a rigorous product test before being accepted full time.

In certain cases with more complex travel programmes, you may not always be able to fit to the usual online formula. In these cases we have professionally trained sale team at our Essex office.
